All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
Exchange Eligibility

All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
